All our human hair hairpieces are made to order, please allow 5-7 WEEKS to complete your order, once it ships you will be notified with a tracking number. Free worldwide expedited shipping included.
It will take us extra 24 hours to confirm your payment, if it is considered to be potentially high-risk .
TRACK ORDER
After your order is sucessfully made on wigshe.com . You will receive an email confirming your order has been processed. When your hair is shipped out, you will receive an email containing your tracking number (The email may go into your spam box, please check it carefully). If you have any additional questions, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] for further assisstance.
SHIPPING
Shipping carrier : FedEx , DHL or Aramex
Once hair is shipped out , shipping time is about 4-5 working days to u.s. and about 5-6 working days to other European countries.
SHIPPING FEE
We provide free shipping to most Countries.

ORDER CHANGE & CANCELLATION
All order information can be freely changed within 24 HOURS once placing the order. If your order is already on processing, we will NOT be able to modify any orders.
You can cancel your order with free charge with 24 HOURS you placed your order. However, any cancellations after 24 hours will be subject to a 10% handling fee, Hope for your understanding.
Please pay more attention that:
1. We CAN'T ship packages to PO Box address.
2. Please do leave us your correct phone number, the express companies won't accept packages without phone numbers.
3. Please place your order with a valid email, the order confirmation, order notices, tracking information and so on will all send to the email you used to place your order.
4. Since we can't guarantee there will be always tax free, and please kindly understand that our customers are responsible for the local handling and tax fees.
May I return my order?
Although we have very low return rates and we are so proud of our high quality hair products that we offer, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to return your order and we are more than happy to accommodate returns on your order that have not been worn or tampered with.
The item must be in its original condition, with no modifications or alterations made((unaltered, lace uncut, unworn, undamaged, containing no signs of wear, styling products or odor).
How can I return order?

- 2) Our customer service will send you the returning address if your return is accepted.
- 3) Please ship out your returned package within 3 days after we accept your return.
- 4) Please kindly understand that our customers are responsible for the returning shipping fees. Please ship your package using a trackable, insured shipping method.
- 5) You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow 5 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.
- 6)Monetary refunds will be refunded back to the original form of payment that you used to purchase the order. A 10% restocking fee is deducted from all monetary refunds.
May I exchange my order?
We understand picking the right hairpieces might be a bit difficult from a computer screen, so we are more than happy to accommodate exchanges of Products that unaltered, unworn, undamaged, containing no signs of wear, styling products or odor.
How can I exchange my hair?
- 1) Please contact us by online chat or email ([email protected]) within 3 DAYS after you received your package.
- 2) After we confirm your exchange request, we will give you a return address.
- 3) Please kindly understand that our customers are responsible for the returning shipping fees. Please ship your package using a trackable, insured shipping method.
- 4) If you want to exchange a different item, please let us know, because you may need to pay the price difference. Please note that No Coupon Codes can be used on price difference.
- 5) We will send you the new product, after we received, inspected and confirmed that the returned wig was not be altered and undamaged.
